Recommendation details

Recommendations Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. The recommendations program is open to all clients of Lendstreet Mortgage Brokers who recommends a friend or family member to us for a home loan.
  2. To qualify for the recommendations program, the referred friend or family member must take out a home loan with Lendstreet with a minimum loan size of $250,000.
  3. The referrer will receive a $200 gift card to either The Iconic, Amazon, or Coles for each successful recommendation. Please take note that there is only one gift card available with this offer for each loan settled by your recommendation. Upon the loan settling we will reach out to you and ask you for your preferred retailer from the 3 option.
  4. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by each client.
  5. The recommendations program is not open to employees of Lendstreet or their immediate family members.
  6. Lendstreet reserves the right to modify or terminate the recommendations program at any time without prior notice.
  7. By participating in the recommendations program, the referrer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
  8. The voucher will be issued within 90 days after the referred loan has settled.
  9. The terms and conditions are subject to change anytime without prior notice.
